FAQ & Booking Rules:

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

  • No, Please do not bring people with you that are not being serviced including children.

When will my deposit be taken for my service?

  • Your deposit will be taken when you book and will be put towards your service.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

  • A No Call/No Show, will result in a No Show fee (50% of original service) will be applied if you do not show or text/call. Same day cancellation fees will be 25% of original service price.

What happens if I am running late?

  • After 15 minutes there is a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes you will be asked to reschedule.

Can I change my hairstyle after booking an appointment?

  • When a service has been booked, changes are no longer accepted. If you have questions please be sure to ask BEFORE booking. No changes will be allowed in the salon. All hair orders & deposits are final and nonrefundable.

Can I purchase hair from the website?

  • Please contact me directly to purchase Bundles/ Tape-Ins, the option to purchase electronically through the website will be added soon.
